A global survey of the top 25 luxury real estate markets by Knight Frank has revealed that Miami will rank second in the world in 2023 for price appreciation in luxury real estate. Miami’s luxury market has been booming for more than two years now. The pandemic triggered a deluge of high-net-worth migration and corporate locations to the Sunshine State, resulting in unprecedented price growth across the South Florida market.
